7. Once the player is registered becomes the Welcome Casino real player. While registering they have to provide only correct details and notify us in any happened change.
8. There is allowed only one real account per household to apply for special promotion.
9. Welcome Casino reserves the right to close any kind of suspicious accounts without refunding the purchase that might have been made.
10. The Casinos Management retains the right to terminate accounts, confiscate winnings and to discontinue or cancel all promotions at any time, for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.
11. Players are solely responsible for keeping their account numbers and passwords secure and secret. Players are fully responsible for any deposits and/or losses that may occur on Player's account.
12. By requesting or accepting any bonuses you agree to all the following terms and conditions Any bonus (the “Bonus”) granted to a Player must be played through 30 times (30x) by such Player before it can be transferred from his Bonus Balance to his Cash Balance (“Wagering Requirement”).
    Any Withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements have been fulfilled will be rejected until the mandatory amount has been met. Wagering on all games will count towards the Wagering Requirement; however the percentage of the bonus which may be wagered on certain games will vary as follows*:
    
    • 100% of the Match Up Bonus may be wagered on Slots and Parlor Games;
    • 50% of the Match Up Bonus may be wagered on Table Poker
    • 10% of the Match Up Bonus may be wagered on Video poker, all Roulettes, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack, Baccarat;
    • 2% of the Match Up Bonus may be wagered on Classic Blackjack;

    The Bonus must be claimed online and will be paid into the Bonus Balance of a Player’s Casino account as Casino credits within 24 hours of such a claim being made.

    If Players open multiple accounts they will not be eligible for the Bonus on each account. The Bonus is only available once per Player and/or per environment where computers are shared and/or per e-mail address.

    Welcome Casino reserves the right to refuse a promotional bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, Player's abuse. Action will be taken against serial promotion abusers.

    If the Bonus remains unused in a Player's Casino account for two (2) months or longer from the date the claim was made, the Bonus will be forfeited to the Casino.

    Winnings resulting from any free credits or bonus are available for a one time cash-out only of maximum $/€/£300; Surplus winnings will then be forfeited by the Casino.

13. Players can be permanently excluded from the site, at the absolute discretion of Welcome Casino management
14. The casino and its jurisdiction do not levy any taxes on winnings.
15. All withdrawals will be subjected to audit before being processed. Welcome Casino reserves the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.
16. Please note that the minimum amount to withdraw is $30. Players may need to comply with certain security requirements and send verification documents; winnings will be sent out immediately after verification of the identification information.
17. Please note failure to provide the requested information will result in a delay in the pay-out process.
18. The Casino will always try to pay your winnings in the requested way, but it reserves the right to offer other refunds methods when a certain withdrawal method is not available for any reason. In such cases, you will be advised and will need to choose an alternative method.
19. For security purposes, the Casino will remove any balances remaining in accounts that have been inactive for a period of 6 months or more.
20. The downloading of any material is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be responsible for any damage that could result in your computer from such download

Players understand and acknowledge that the terms "Welcome Casino", "Welcome Casino Newsletter" and all the other related terms are the trademarks, service marks, and trade names of the Company and that Players have no rights to such terms, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Welcome Casino website and the material contained therein.
